Build History doesn't show anything

It is possible that the cause for the failure is a corruption of the history index file.

   <ib_path>\History\Local\HistoryIndex.dat. 

 

Please try to clear the build history by opening the build history -> File -> Clear History. 

If this wont work, please try the following:  

  1. Stop IncrediBuild Service on your machine: Agent Settings -> General -> Agent Service -> Stop
  2. Browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\Xoreax\IncrediBuild\History\Local
  3. Delete the file HistoryIndex.dat
  4. Start IncrediBuild Service on your machine: Agent Settings -> General -> Agent Service -> Start
