Problem description:
Loading the license fails with a pop up "Operation Aborted"

Reason:
This failure occurs when the main coordinator installed on Windows Core OS (WCOS). Currently, the coordinator component is not supported under this OS.
Starting from V9.3 IncrediBuild can be used inside Windows Core OS (WCOS) as Initiator Agents ONLY. IncrediBuild Agents can be installed in a Windows Core OS and participate as Initiators. 
IncrediBuild will support the Helper and Coordinator functionality under this OS in the future.

Solution:
Please install the coordinator on a "regular" Windows / Windows server OS.
