Build fails when distributed to specific PC which was updated with Win10 1803 (Build 17134.1)

Symptoms:
IncrediBuild build might start failing on specific remote Win10 machines with the following error (or similar to it):
error: CreateProcess: No such file or directory 

Reason:
The problem is caused due to the recent Win10 update - 1803 (Build 17134.1) which has a new implementation of the create process functionality.

Solution:
A fix for this problem is already implement in version 9.22.
Please upgrade to this version in order to solve this problem.
