Tasks on remote machines seems to be much longer than on the Initiator
Posted by Yoni Davidson on 01 April 2018 02:12 PM
Possible reason:
The scenario is possible when the Initiator machine cant handle the load of a high amount of cores on the remote machines since it has to synchronize the tasks and also participate in the build.
It is also highly possible that the initiator machine has XFS which is a slow file system and might cause this behavior. We actually saw this in our lab with CentOs and RedHat

Possible Solution:
Make sure that the Initiator machine has at least 4 cores and it is not busy with some other none-IncrediBuild tasks.
If the Initiator uses XFS, please try switching to ext-4
