What to do when Agents show up with a 'Connection Failed' Status in the Coordinator application

Some or all Agents are shown with a "connection failed status" from the Coordinator menu


Open up the Agent settings for Agents who have the "Connection failed" status from the Coordinator menu. If prompted with a message asking whether you would like to open the necessary firewall ports, say yes and see if this fixes it.

Additionally, check if Agents are connected to different subnets. If so, you may need to configure different ports other than the Agents default port.

Some Agents communicate between themselves via port "31105." Check that this port is opened across all the Agents, because this may be a cause for the "connection failed" status.
